Make this recipe and finally boost your confidence and get over the insecurities in your relationship once and for all. These cookies are incredibly easy and tasty. And, they only need 6 ingredients, that I know you’ll always have on hand. Be sure to follow the cooking therapy steps as you make these cookies. That’s how your confidence will grow.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon flour
1 large egg
1 cup nutella
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 marshmallow per cookie
crushed pecans to sprinkle on top

Step 1: Stir ingredients together (minus marshmallows and pecans) And Get in the present! You’ll do this by taking time each day to do something positive together and come up with your couple mantra (something positive!)

Step 2: Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place on lined cookie sheet. During this step Get Real! You’ll Get Real by expressing a gratitude to one another with each cookie you make. This dough yields 12-13 cookies, so you should say at least 6 positive things you love and appreciate about your partner. With each cookie rolled say it to your partner. Alternate.

Step 3: Push marshmallows into cookie balls and sprinkle top with crushed pecans. During this step Get OVER IT! IMG_1401Decide once and for all to make a change. Look at relationship patterns in your life. Share with each other ways that you will BOT support and help one another to increase confident in your relationship.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until baked through. Cool and eat. These are good, they won’t last!

Happy cooking,
Allison
