What is Cooking Therapy?
It’s going into the kitchen with your partner, cooking a specific recipe together while asking each others the BIG important questions to save your relationship.
Why it works
It’s completely solution focused. All of my recipes are designed around having a specific conversation to fix a certain problem. I believe that the process of cooking is relaxing and helps you to naturally unwind and let your guard down. As a result, you’ll talk more and open up. The therapy is mixed into each step of the recipe so that once the recipe is finished you’ll have come up with a practical solution to that problem.
